Fine Art Workshop
When: Saturday February 21st / 10am-2pm
What: This workshop is designed to create a limited edition print on fine high quality archival paper. You may want to make a print commemorating this historic election, an upcoming birthday, holiday etc. This piece is completely up to you, whether it is pristine ink on paper, or a collage/assemblage, have fun!
Where: Studio Works at Visual Asylum, 205 West Date Street, San Diego CA. 92101
Details: The course will include the following
- overview of silkscreen printing
- all the supplies, ink, screens etc. that you need for 2
- color printing
- 25 10"x12" white archival quality paper
- purchase additional paper $5 each
- bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, juice
Requirements: Each student will need to submit their design to Amy @ Visual Asylum by Wednesday February 18th for film production via email amyl@visualasylum.com We will also have a selection of imagery to choose from, if you just want to show-up, pick some designs and start printing! Space Limited to 12 students, so register early!
Cost: $60 + Materials ($10)
Paper: $5/each
